Hence, we have decided to strengthen and spread the vision deriving from our philosophy - established on values aiming to research a balance between the economic and social factors - the main reason for our success. This is performed by matching the results of the company with the principles pertaining the Social Responsibility, through the adoption of the SA8000 standard as the driving force to improvement, implementing self-control modalities and an evaluation process to select providers.
The choice to adhere to the social responsibility standard, such as the SA8000, is a confirmation of our corporate and financial strategies, and an operative conduct, always addressed to those contributing to the accomplishment of our projects and the creation of value. This is why, we have formalised the Social Responsibility Policy document, proposed by the Comitato Etico, the ethics committee, and established by the Alta Direzione De Cecco, the company's top management, as an integration of the quality policy.
The document considers, employees as a strategic resource, whose rights are guaranteed and whose professional development are promoted; the providers, as partners appreciated in regards to the quality and maturation re social responsibility issues, and customers, as the fundamental element of the success and growth of the company, which simultaneously tries to satisfy their quality needs and fulfils their requests concerning social responsibility issues.
