A great Chef’s sauces finally on your table, everyday.
Enhanced taste and quality because, as usual, De Cecco offers its customers only top quality products. Ready sauces are De Cecco’s new product, recently launched on the Italian market.
Precious sauces made by Heinz Beck, a real culinary genius who has taken care of the development of the whole “I Sughi” line.
These new sauces are released in 200 and 400g jars and with the following flavours: “Sugo alla Bolognese” “Sugo alla Napoletana”, “Sugo all’Arrabbiata”, “Sugo alla Siciliana”.
A harmonious combination of flavours achieved through a long research among the most fertile areas in Italy and the most qualified suppliers, aiming for genuineness. Once again, De Cecco managed to achieve the essence of quality, in line with its other products.
Besides Heinz Beck’s genius, De Cecco Sauces are special thanks to top quality raw materials and an effective production process. About 80% of each sauce consists of chopped tomatoes. The remaining part of the dressing is prepared with onions, olive oil and the typical ingredient of each recipe: basil, chilli or olives. The Bolognese’s recipe is different and special, made by selected, fresh meat in a percentage of 30%.
The sauces’ density is achieved adding extra-virgin olive oil and stir-frying the onions at low temperature for a long time, thus helping the transformation of starch into sugar and making the mixture sweeter.
The glass jars are vacuum-packed in order to prevent the oxidation of the sauce and to preserve the intensity of the scent and the flavour. The vacuum intensity can be noticed when opening the jar, releasing a rich fragrance that reminds home-made sauces.
Included in the “I Sughi” line, the De Cecco “Pesto alla Genovese”, which is also an exclusive Heinz Beck’s recipe. It is made with extra-virgin olive oil, pine-nuts and DOP Grana Padano cheese. Strictly produced in the Liguria region, the De Cecco “Pesto alla Genovese” is very rich and creamy and a 200 g jar is even abundant for 5 people.
Our sauces can be matched with any kind of pasta ... as long as it’s De Cecco.
